Shelby joined the Panache Team of Professionals in June 2021. She has a passion for Hair Styling and is also a student of the Panache Academy Program. She is a graduate of the Cosmetology Program through Hunterdon County Polytech in Flemington, NJ. Shelby specializes in Women's Cutting, Coloring, Highlighting and Balayage. Whether jus coming in for a weekly blowout or a completely new look, Shelby prides herself in achieving your look!
